This policy outlines when and how refunds, returns, and exchanges apply.

Refund Timeframe:
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Plush Alterations
We are dedicated to capturing your pet’s unique personality through our hand-crafted plush dolls.
If the finished product doesn’t quite match your expectations, our team will work closely with you to make adjustments until we capture your pet’s likeness more accurately.
Important Note:
Once you choose to proceed with a Plush Alteration, you waive your eligibility for a full refund under our Money-Back Guarantee.
Refunds
If you prefer not to proceed with an alteration, you are eligible for a full refund on all eligible products.

Non-Refundable Products
The following products cannot be refunded or returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with a quality issue not related to the image submitted:

Custom Knit Sweaters

All Apparel (T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, etc.)

Gift Cards
If your order was lost or damaged during shipping, or there was a manufacturing quality issue on our side,
we will remake and reship your order at no extra cost.
International Orders:
International shipping fees, duties, taxes, and rush fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
In most cases, you do NOT need to send the product back.
If a return is required, our team will guide you through the process step-by-step.
Exchanges
If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival, we will remake or replace it free of charge.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Definition of Incorrect Products:
Item arrives broken or damaged.
Item does not match your customization selections
(e.g., you selected a sitting position but received a standing position).Our team made an error, such as misspelled labels or wrong details.
Item is defective, such as split seams or faulty stitching.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please send a clear photo to

We will immediately remake and ship a replacement.Tracking:
All orders include tracking numbers. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, contact us immediately.Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
Please allow 10 days after the tracking shows “Delivered”.
If the package still hasn’t arrived, reach out to us.
Note:
For packages marked as delivered but missing, we will offer a one-time courtesy replacement after receiving a missing package claim number from the courier.
Refunds are not available for these cases.
Delivery Guidelines
Couriers may contact you directly using the phone number provided at checkout.
Delivery will be attempted two times before the package is returned to us.
Returned orders will be refunded to the original payment method,
but international shipping costs are non-refundable.
Additional Information
Gift Cards
Non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds for orders paid with gift cards will be credited back to the original gift card.
Duties & International Fees
Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their local authorities.
Ffashion Studio is not responsible for these additional charges.
Shipping, duties, and rush fees are non-refundable.
Coupons & Discounts
Discounts must be applied at checkout.
We cannot apply coupons retroactively after an order has been placed.
Free Gifts
If your order included a free promotional gift, it must be returned along with your product to receive a full refund.
If not returned, the refund amount will be reduced by the value of the gift.
Refund Timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Please allow 3–5 additional business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If you haven’t received your refund:

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before production begins.
Once production starts, the order cannot be cancelled.
